Removal

Removal of existing bathroom suite.

Isolation of all water services, including valves on all service pipework to sanitaryware.

Removal of all tiles including borders, window beading  etc.

Removal of any plaster, plasterboard or lathe-plaster if affected by removal of tiling.

Removal of all debris including broken tiles and the old bathroom suite from site.

Fitting

Professional fitting by our experienced and friendly fitters.

We will look after the whole job from start to finish.

We always dust-sheet from the entrance to your home through to all working areas.

Making Good

All plastering, studding, plasterboard and skimming as needed.

Tiling the wall and floor, new flooring or ply over sheeting to make good the floor if needed.

All tiles will be grouted.

Pipes will be boxed in where needed.

The bath and sink edges will be sealed with a neat bead of mold resistant silicone sealant.

The whole room will be left clean & tidy

The entire job from start to finish should take no more than 5-7 days.
