We have for sometime considered improving our bathrooms, one en suite and one Family Bathroom.
Both where looking considerably tired and had started to fail, leak and generally look very untidy.
Having searched the internet for ideas and budget costs we decided to try the other approach and visit some showrooms. After several attempts to match the ideas and the products with the vision we had in our minds we visited the Bathstore in St Helens.
Whilst surveying their varied selection of products we found several that satisfied the image and we purchased both bathrooms from them.
Now came the difficult bit, selecting an installation company.
Being a perfectionist is very difficult trying to find a tradesman with a similar mindset, near impossible, however after several visits, prices and chin scratches i met Martin from Complete Plumbing Solutions.
Martin had been recommended from the Bathstore but somebody always knows somebody, and we left Martin till all other avenues had been explored.
When Martin called to price the job i was completely at ease and decided almost there and then that he would get the job - i didnt tell him that i had to wait for his price.
Martin was prepared to spend the time with us laymen going through the products we had purchased and advising us if they where the correct specification and how everything would work together and allaying my biggest concern of how everthing would fit into the spaces.
After receiving Martins price i needed time to consider, it was better than most i had received and thought it was to good to be true.
I gave Martin the go ahead and we agreed the start date and the time scales both of which where achieved.
Martin and Frank completed a first class job and we are delighted with the results, during the installation they where a pleasure to work with and nothing was a problem.
The perfectionist in me kept raising its ugly head but i was matched by Martins desire to deliver a perfect job for us and i was always delighted by his positive response.
I would have no problem in recommending Martin to anyone in fact would encourage you because i am sure you would not be disappointed.
My Bathrooms are now shown to every passing visitor even if they are not interested.

In February 2008 Martin and his team refurbished four bathrooms at our family home.
This was a huge undertaking and i had received quotes and visits from many companies over a three year period! However, Martin stood out from others due to his confidence, knowledge, easy-going nature and honesty.

Having made up our minds to renovate our tired looking en suite, we decided to buy the main items of the bathroom furniture from the Bathstore. The Bathstore provided us with a list of contractors among which was Martin and his team at Complete Plumbing Solutions, However as our neighbours had recently had a bathroom refit completed by him we were already familiar with his handy work.
Martin Came out to see us and was very helpful in pointing out issues we should take into account and how best to acheive the result we wanted.
When it came to do the job Martin and his Team were always polite, punctual and efficient and left everything neat and tidy.

Finding a tradesman / bathroom installer is no easy task, we came across Martin in the Wigan Reporter, looking up his web page on the internet.
Martin gave us a quote, we had purchased all the fittings we required for the job this did not bother Martin.
When you see Martin he puts you at ease and find problems to you are no problem to him.
We gave Martin the job, he gave us a date and time and turned up 8am sharp.
Martin, Frank and the rest of the team fitted in working together, we couldnt have asked for anything better, the results speak for itself transforming one bathroom into a lovely shower room.
